By using Mahami ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iOS devices, governed by Apple's standard EULA (official link).

Subscriptions

The app is free with core features. Pro features are available via optional subscriptions:

• Pro Monthly — auto-renews monthly.
• Pro Yearly — auto-renews yearly (includes 7-day free trial).
• Pro Lifetime — one-time purchase, no renewal.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Renewal is charged to your iTunes account at the same price.

Cancellation

You can manage your subscription or cancel auto-renewal in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple per their official policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

Mahami and all its content (design, code, icons, copy) are the property of the developer. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the app is prohibited.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the app is error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages or data loss resulting from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date appears at the top. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
